Refund policy

For hygienic purposes all accesories and panties (underwear) are final sale: not exchange without exception.

For clothes such as jeans and for underwear such as shapewear and bras; exchange only within 7 days follow the purchase. Merchandise have to have all labels unremouved and merchandise has to be in its original condition and not be worn. We will close the order 7 days after the day of deliver.

If you want to return the article(s) or cancel the order after placing it, you will receive an store credit for the same amount you paid minus the shipping cost that you paid or what we paid under the option of free shipping.

For exchanges within 7 days of receiving your shipment, they are subjet to our inventory, in case the product you want for replacing is « sold out » you can choose between another product or a store credit. We do not refund.

For wholesale items (minimum of 12 and more) we don’t exchange. They are final sale.
